Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum order is required. However, depending on the complexity and requirements if there are any such pre-requisites, our team will promptly communicate it to you.
Can I place orders on behalf of my clients?
Yes. As a member of our program, you can purchase on behalf of your clients and have orders shipped directly to their address.
What discount do we get as members of the designer program?
Discounts vary on a case to case basis. Depending on the material, area and complexity of the project discounts vary. Rest assured, even with discounted prices you get the same top-notch quality that one expects out of Ramsha Homes.
What are the lead times for bespoke orders?
Bespoke orders are typically completed in 6–10 weeks depending on the material, construction and complexity.
What makes your custom design services different?
Our custom design service brings together 4th-generation artisans and in-house design experts. This means every rug is shaped with modern precision, while still being woven with the care, skill, and detail of generational craftsmanship. That balance is what makes our work different.

Can I choose the materials and color palette myself?
Yes. You can choose the material, colours, finishes, and design details. Our team will guide you through the options and help you select what works best for your space and style.
What materials and constructions do you offer?
We offer hand-knotted, hand-tufted, flatweave, loom-knotted and cut-pile constructions in New Zealand wool, Bamboo silk, and viscose (alternatively known as Tencel).
Do you provide CAD files and spec sheets for specifications?
Yes. Full technical documentation, CAD-ready files, and specification sheets are available for your project on request. While we provide the documentation, we expect complete integrity on the part of our designers to not float it across the market.
Can you meet the specifications for hospitality, hotels, yacht, and aviation projects?
Yes. We work regularly with contract and hospitality specifications of such nature.
