Horrendous customer service. They really need to work on the horrible online shopping experience; not only did I not get an estimated delivery date, but I kept waiting for 5 days for an update and practically begged them for one until they told me that the rug was "sold out". Never shopping on their website again. Waiting for my refund.

My experience with this company has again made it obvious why small brands like this cannot survive in today’s market. Simply unable to communicate with their customers or deliver on the expectations of today. I have not received my item and more over I have no update from the shop when to expect to receive it. It’s truly baffling and I implore you to check their return policies before buying anything. I want to refund my item but I can’t without returning it, which I can’t return because I never received it. Wild waste of time and energy.

Excellent quality and this carpets are really nice and made from india. I have been using their carpets from last few years and still now . The price is also cheap and affordable . Mainly the ramsha home staffs are very friendly and they will suggest suitable carpets as per our needs . Any way you can trust their quality because i writing this review after using the product .
